History notification

I noticed a 1 over my history button. What does this mean? I don’t see anything that sticks out. I am a bit lost.

I am using the Drone “Torrents”

It means you have 1 item in the History -> Queue.

I’m having issues with the History notification. Is there a way to manually remove things in queue?

All of the red marked ones are failed downloads …yet they remain there.

You can remove them from your download client and it will remove them from drone’s queue.

Which download client are you using?

I had a 15 next to my HISTORY yesterday and found that I had 15 failures in my SabNzbD history.

Once I removed them, the 15 disappeared in NzbDrone.

Is this sort of manual intervention normal ??

You can let drone remove those automatically, by enabling failed download handling :slight_smile:

It already is, although they could have been manual searches.

@CBers your problem is likely related to http://forums.nzbdrone.com/t/failed-downloaded-amiss/2024/9.
But that’s sabnzbd, and NOT torrents so unrelated to the topic.

If you already have Remove Failed Download enabled, hover your mouse over the red icon and see if you get a sensible error.

Sabnzbd and uTorrent, but the failed ones are all torrents. They reported the following error: “Import Failed, Intermediate download path does not exist”.

All of them were completed, but Drone failed to process them until Taloth fixed my issue (torrent post). All the files are now in their proper folder, Drone sees them under the series manager (with proper quality), but it still reported under history.

I have removed the completed torrents in question (they were not seeding) from the list and it worked in removing the error notification.

I have failed download handling enabled.
