Help with renaming random named files

Hi, I have an issue with renaming. I’m a long time user of Sonarr and it’s been faultless so far. Recently TV files have been downloading with random filenames and Sonarr is unable to rename them. Is there a way to resolve this?

See photos attached. Sonarr grabs the show, sends it to SAB, SAB pulls it down, completes it and extracts. The files are now sitting in my “completed” folder that Sonarr is watching.

Hopefully that’s all clear, any further info required then please ask.

Check the status in Sonarr’s queue (hover over the icon on the left). That and debug logs will be the most useful since manual import doesn’t report any problems.

Thank you for posting your suggestion. It helped me solve it. I had looked t the file names and assumed it was the issue, however it was a permissions issue that had somehow cropped up. I resolved that on my NAS and bingo, all 19 files in the queue renamed instantly.
