Hello MASTER version soon?

Hi,

A number of months ago I rebuilt my complete setup and in doing so started using the MASTER branch of Sonarr. I’m pleased to say everything has been great.

Sods law however around about the same time the roughly monthly updates to the MASTER branch appear to have dried up! I notice the DEVELOP branch has received a steady trickle of updates, was just wondering when we can expect these to start to filter through to a new MASTER releases?

Fingers crossed we are talking days or a few weeks… I know I shouldn’t switch to the DEVELOP branch again…

Simon

There haven’t been any huge changes in the develop branch, just a trickle (as you put it) of smaller updates. Is there any particular change to the dev branch that you’re eager to get your hands on? Or is this just a desire to be “up to date?”

Pretty much this, despite the old adage “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

Sorry to break into this topic  Do you know if the Develop branche has the requested option yet which ‘fixes’ the KAT feeds not showing any seeders (while in fact there are)?

Yes. You can check by going to github, selecting the develop, and pressing commits.

Cool, any idea when this will update on the master branche?

Nope, at the devs discretion, there is no standard release calendar.

Soon™…

But realistically, yes, rather soon. But we pushed out some nn+ updates recently which we want to run on develop for a few days.

Tbh, it’s a good thing there isn’t a master release yet, coz just a week ago I fixed something important that was in develop for over a month.
