Had to "refresh" windows and lost sonarr.. can i restore?

OR do i have to start from scratch? I have a folder called windows.old and it contains…

I know i need to reinstal… Just wodering if i can recover my settings with anything that might be in there.

The common locations for Sonarr’s ((AppData Folder)) are here, if that folder still exists you should be able to do a manual ((backup)) and restore after you re-install Sonarr.
