Grabbing One Episode Multiple Times

Hey just got home today and realised that 21x04 of Top gear has been downloaded multiple times over and over and to make it extra weird they all have come from the same indexer (Wombles)

does anyone know why it would be doing this as it seems to have downloaded correctly i just checked the show folder and it is there and plays fine

Release was marked as proper, but the file wasn’t, this should already be handled, but there seems to be an issue with that, I’ll take a look.

EDIT: Tested the behavior with this release, its working as expected (using the folder’s quality when its greater than that of the episode), what version of drone are you currently running?

The version is always in the footer in the UI.

Is SAB extracting the files and leaving them in a folder, or are they directly in the drone factory folder, if the latter then it would cause this issue if the file isn’t marked with proper.

well i would assume the first one went just fine the rest were said they were downloaded but not in the drone factory perhaps the episode was simply overwritten

either way it has not happened since so for now probably just wait and see if it does it with next weeks episode or with another show for now though all is running as normal :slight_smile:

i noticed a few other issues with shows (nothing to do with NzbDrone just whilst i am on the subject) i have several episode when extract simply have a random string of letters and numbers instead of the episode name so obvious to say NzbDrone did not do anything with them not sure what was going on there

at this point in time i am playing catchup with all the shows as i have been offline for about 2 months :frowning:

Hashed file names, logs will tell you why it wasn’t imported, likely that string of characters is somehow matching a pattern and incorrectly being identified.

If you give me the hash files name I’ll see if I can make the import more reliable for them.
