Grabbed shows changing to unmonitored?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4472
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): Running on Windows
OS: Windows 2012R2
((Debug logs)):
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue: All of the sudden, it seems like TV Shows that have been downloaded are showing up as unmonitored. Is this a new behavior or do I all of the sudden have something mis-configured. I noticed it when I went back to look at last week’s calendar and noticed that 95% of my shows were no longer listed. I changed my view to All systems, rather than just monitored shows, and they all came back. Is this a new “feature”

Is there still an episode file for that episode still?
Do you have ignore deleted episodes set to yes?
What does the history for one of those episodes look like?

Nothing in Sonarr will automatically ignore episodes unless the file is removed and ignore deleted episodes is enabled.

Yeah, the file was still there. You hit the nail on the head with the ignore deleted episodes. I am in the process of moving all of my data over to a new installation, so I have 2 versions running, and i turned on Ignore Deleted Episodes. It looks like turning that off fixes the issue
