It would be great to get push alerts for shows been cancelled or renewed as soon as Sonarr finds out.
Interesting idea, the only issue I can really see with it is the fact that there is not really a notification of a show continuing until the series gets a new season, which in many cases doesn’t happen until the season is about to start. Ended seems to get updated earlier though.
For a show renewal, I was thinking a notification could be sent when a show:
- gets more episodes added to the season
- a new season is announced
The ended shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I also think it should be an option for each show.
That happens often, its usually not an indication of anything more than people are only able to add what they know about.
Yer adding more episodes might not be the best indicator but I the alert for the show ending would be great…
Also is there any auto delete options for episode? Some shows I would like to de deleted after watching or if I havnt seen after x months / years… Not sure how u would plug into Plex or Xbmc.

As for the subject at hand, at this time it is not something that we’re going to consider implementing as we don’t find it useful to most of the users and its implementation is rather complex and unclear.
