Is there a way to force MediaInfo rescan without reimporting the files? The particular series I downloaded had 2 audio tracks, one AC3 in French and another DTS in English. I used mkvmerge to remove the French audio tracks, but Sonarr still sees the files as having 2 audio tracks and tries to rename the files with “AC3” in the title instead of “DTS”.
The easiest way would be to move the file out of the series folder, refresh the series in Sonarr, move it back and have it rescan. There is no way to force Sonarr to rescan it.
Thanks! That seemed to do the trick, although I had to rename the files to their original names or Sonarr wouldn’t properly parse them.
How were they renamed? Sonarr should be able to parse it if it renamed it (except for a few edge cases possibly).
Stargate Atlantis - S05E02 - The Seed - Bluray-1080p x264 AC3 IMPERIUM.mkv
, it parsed the title, season and episode fine, but it didn’t parse the release group.
Ahh right, that parsing is much more strict and relies on -ReleaseGroup
at the end.
