Hello, I am having a problem with Sonarr deleting episodes off my system, it says it is deleting them to import an upgrade but it never does so I am left with the episodes just missing, since I have the recycle bin configured I can just move them back but it does it everyday so I have to constantly move files back. Please help!

Looks to me like you setup the Drone Factory folder and pointed it at the same path as your sorted TV, except you used the UNC path instead of the mounted share.
