File Being Deleted during Move Opertion

I’ve attempted several times to acquire a file for a television show. Everytime the file just vanishes. My torrent client log shows that the file completes and transfers to the ‘Drone Factory’ folder. The logfile for Sonarr shows a bunch of activity for the file, and it seems like it changes the name from episode 6 to episode 7. I think it actually is episode 7, but that means that none of the ‘scenes’ have actually correctly named any file as episode 6.
How does Sonarr know that this file is episode 7 and not 6?

Below is the logfile entry for this situation. Anyone know why this is happening? No other episodes for this or other shows has ever done this before.

Here is where it seems to have renamed the file, then determined it already existed, and deleted one of the two copies.

Not sure why it’s remapped (there is some reason for it), but that’s why it’s happening, if you know that is actually the correct episode you could use manual import to import it and select the episode or put it in the series folder and then tell Sonarr to rescan it and then rename it.
