Fifth Gear search returning incorrect results

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.644
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.20.1.34
OS: Linux (Ubuntu 19.04)

Description of issue:

For the series Fifth Gear (https://www.thetvdb.com/series/fifth-gear), when I start a manual search for S28E01 it returns matches for S27E01 instead.

Here’s the relevant output in the log:

So this doesn’t appear to be a problem with thetvdb since Sonarr is asking for S27E01 instead of what I clicked on. I have confirmed that whatever season/episode I initiate a manual search for, it’s always 1 season off.
