Failed to snatch nzb

Attempting to snatch the latest Dragons Den Episode via a Manual Search generates the following error on the page.
[POST] Internal Server Error : /api/release

The logs show…
NzbDroneErrorPipeline Request Failed: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: source 11:57 AM

These are two different downloads both available from two different aggerators.

Other Manual Searches/Snatches are working as expected.

Does the red exclamation mark show “Unknown Series” ?
