Failed download not working

My setup. Sonarr and Sabnzb on the same machine. ZFS server holds the downloads. TV processing folder is on the server. I just came from sickrage. 2 problems:

  1. My download handling was working well initially but now the failed downloads are not being picked up. I have to manually go in and tell it the download is failed.

  2. Sonarr fails to delete most of the folders in the TV processing folder. Most of the folders are empty but some have misc files as well. None of them have the main show mkv.

The last episode that this happened was Orange is the New Black S03E03

Here are the logs that I have, they don’t seem to helpful. Are there more logs somewhere?

If you need more information to help please ask! I’m not sure where to look for the problem at this point.

We’d need trace logs of the import and subsequent deletion to see why it wasn’t deleted, given that there isn’t a video file in there it should be deleted.
