Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5163
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.10.1.20
OS: Ubuntu server
Debug logs: https://pastebin.com/nW8LtXVC
Description of issue: When I add a whole season of something (I took Arrow as an example this time) SOME of the failed downloads does not get re-added again. Sonarr skips the episode and I manually have to search the “wanted” list later.
You’ll need to look at debug logs of the search after the failed download to see why the results were rejected.
I looked through the logs and I can’t tell why it just stops. I tried now with Dexter season 1. It completed all episodes except episode 2 & 11.
From what I can see in the logs it keeps looking for new releases but then stops. When I check manually it still has 10+ choices left it can attempt.
Here is the debug log.

Based on a quick look at the logs, both searches return the same number of results for Dexter S01E02, but the second search doesn’t accept any releases (so nothing is grabbed).
In Manual search you’re seeing results that are not rejected?
Are more indexers being hit? I see 29 results from 2 indexers (geek and slug) in the logs.
Im currently only using these 2 indexers. I used to have omgwtfnzb but removed it. Is there anything I can provide you with because I’m completely stuck at this point
It looks like the second search resulted in failures because another release was in the queue:
I tracked Dexter.S01E02.iNTERNAL.REPACK.DVDRip.XviD-FaiLED
through the logs and see:
18-4-3 19:36:48.7|Debug|DownloadDecisionMaker|Release rejected for the following reasons: [Permanent] Quality for release in queue is of equal or higher preference: Bluray-720p v1
Which would also exclude all the other releases.
Either another release was added to the queue outside of Sonarr (which wouldn’t trigger failed download handling if later failred) or the queue was stale when it was checked and the search results were incorrectly rejected.
Not suggesting it’s the first case, but that it’s a possibility. Assuming it’s something wonky with the queue in Sonarr it’s something we’ll need to investigate.
Hm thats odd. Could nzbget possibly add new titles by itself? If not then I have no idea where it could be comming from.
If it did it should still be in NZBget’s history.
I can’t find anything in nzbget that could explain this though. The only links i have to nzbget is sonarr & radarr so this has to come from sonarr somehow. Is there anything else I can check?
I really appreciate all the help!
