Just curious as to how files are detected in a folder. Is there a specific format its looking for?
For example 80% of my library is structured as Series > Season > File with the file being S01E01 format.
However, some (because I am lazy) have file names that are 01 - Episode Name or other similar styled formats that Drone doesn’t seem to recognize.
I rename them to S01E01 and it will spot them, then I can use renaming feature.
They need season and episode number in the file name to be recognized (or date if its a daily style show).
Ah I see… le sigh… Guess there will be a lot of copy/pasting/tabbing in my future

Filebot may be able to help: http://www.filebot.net/ I’ve never used it myself, but I’ve heard of others using it to fix file names quickly.
