I just noticed a strange error on sonarr.
Some days ago sonar snatched an entire season, 9 files on torrent. Download finished but if I check 2 file are missing on tv show folder. I don’t know why, sonarr on import phase ingored or deleted 2 files.
I just see that, just because I see the episode missing from kodi library
Any idea?
Without the ((debug logs)) from the time it was imported it’s impossible to say why with certainty, but try Manual Import on Wanted: Missing, it may report an error on those files.
The “problem” is that I just discovered that, I can redownload all, to see what happen on importing phase
Sonarr won’t automatically try to process it unless the series is removed and re-added (or the history is manually purged from the DB) as it will treat is as already downloaded, since it imported a download with that torrent hash already.
So for now I can search into the log? I’ll, if I found some I’ll post it
Search it for what? If you had debug logging enabled when it was imported before you could look at those logs, but otherwise there isn’t enough information in the logs to verify why the files weren’t imported.
New logs won’t show any import decisions because Sonarr won’t process a download it already imported (if redownloaded).

I try to remove and redownload the series! Hope works, then I activate the debug.
Do you think there’s also to purge the history? How to do that?
If you remove the series the history for that series is removed.
To purge the history you’d need to do it manually in the (SQLite) DB.
Ok tnx! I removed then added. Now the download are finished but nothing happen. No activity on tab. I manually forced the search of finished download and all files are imported (maybe was a problem that in the very last commit was fixed, like I said I just see the missing files).

I’ve only one strange things that happen in those days, under log -> table, the log never appear, only the dots that are running. I can leave it run for hours but nothing!
Your add blocker is blocking it (specifically the /api/log request).
