When setting up it passes the test but when something tries to download I get this error.

NZBVortex didn’t respond to the response, is the WEB API listening and on the port you specified?

yes it does.

But now, after waking up, it seems to be working as all the items from last night downloaded. I did not change anything from last night to now. Strange…

and no… added a new show this morning and some will be added to the queue and some get the same error message.

Switching back to NZBGet results in all items being added to the queue without fail. Something is not right with the new NzbVortex system.

We’ll need trace logs of the failing communication with NZBVortex to troubleshoot this further.

Dropbox is fine, but we need trace logging enabled so we can see the responses from NZBVortex.

Are Sonarr and NZBVortex running on the same Mac?
Is the system going to sleep due to inactivity?

It looks like sometimes NZBVortex is responding, but other times it times out:

they are both on the same Mac, the Mac never goes to sleep

Your logs don’t show any connections to NZBVortex past the original logs, you’ll need to disable NZBGet to get Sonarr to try and use it.

sorry for the delay but it was working good for awhile then last night it had trouble doing Big Bang and Blacklist. After a few tries it did get them into the queue.
