Episodes on disk not being seen during the disk scan

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):4.2.3 (Stable 4.2.3.4/832de4b Thu May 19 02:25:56 UTC 2016)
OS: FreeNAS-9.10-STABLE-201605240427 (64fcd8e)
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar):
Description of issue: I have moved from running Sonarr on a Windows 7 box to FreeNAS. In FreeNAS I have Sonarr up and running and did a Import of Existing Series on disk of the shows on the local drive. All of the shows imported and updated with the right number of episodes except for a handful 10-12 that did not. You can see the series name listed but there are no episodes showing up under it even though they are clearly in the season folder. I have ran Update Series info and Scan Disk a million times but it never picks up on the episodes already downloaded. I have even removed the series and re-added it like new instead of doing the import but no change.

I really need someones help to troubleshoot this issue. Please let me know what other information or log files you would need.

I take it The 100 is one of the affected series.

The issue there (which becomes more obvious when trace logging is enabled) is the square brackets encompassing the quality and the 100 in the series title, that causes Sonarr to see the series title as The and 100 as absolute number 100.

The workaround for the time being is to remove the square brackets from the file name, let Sonarr see the files and then you can rename them.

There are no square brackets around the file or folder name on the hard drive.

Where would the brackets you refer to be at?

The 100 - 1x03 - Earth Kills [HDTV-720p Proper].mkv

Specifically [HDTV-720p Proper].

Ahhhh okay so it is the brackets around the video format not the show name. I removed the brackets from the video format on one file and re scanned and it picked up the episode.

Thank you so much for your help, I was about to go crazy trying to figure that out.
