Episodes not auto importing, all marked as samples?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4949
OS: Windows 8
Description of issue:

Recently all downloaded episodes are sitting in the Activity screen after completing download, but are not auto-importing. I have had to manually import each episode. Every episode seems to be (incorrectly) flagged as a sample. The log is covered in lines like the following:

[C:…] has a runtime of 0, is it a valid video file?

Does anyone have an idea what’s going on, or how to fix this?

Please post the ((debug logs)) that include the failed import.
