Episodes Deleted, Not Imported

Hi, I’ve just installed NZBDrone on my Synology NAS. At first I managed to get one episode downloaded and updated to Plex. I must have screwed something up while adjusting other settings, because I’ve got an episode of another show downloaded to /NZB Downloads/ that isn’t picked up when I click the “Update series info and scan disk” button. However if I manually copy the episode to either /NZB Downloads without the subfolder or to the folder that the episode should be moved to and click that button, the episode is deleted

I get these in the error log:

Couldn’t import episode /volume1/Shared Files/NZB Downloads/The.Colbert.Report.2014.05.01.Saul.Williams.720p.HDTV.x264-2HD/the.colbert.report.2014.05.01.saul.williams.720p.hdtv.x264-2hd.mkv: Access to the path is denied.

I’ve repeated the test of copying the episode to both the upper folder and TV show folder, but it happens each time. After this I put a random show on to download, which got added to SABnzbd, had the right directories created and was copied to the right place. So I don’t know why it’s messing up on adding other files

Looks like a permissions problem.

“Error setting file permissions: EPERM” - Are you trying to change the owner when importing (Media Management setting)?

“Update series info and scan disk” - This updates the info from trakt and rescans the already move/imported files, it does not sort files sitting in the drone factory,

Drone doesn’t delete files that have already been imported unless its replace it with another release (equal or greater quality), it may be trying to replace it but failing due to your permissions issues (it deletes first, then moves the replacement file).

Ah yeah, the completed downloads folder had its permissions set to root for some reason, I think because of a different SABnzbd package I had installed earlier. I changed the perms and nothing seems to be getting deleted any more. Thanks!
