I’m not really sure if the issue is with Sonarr, SAB, or my indexer NZBs.in but I’ve noticed that several episodes of several different shows start downloading within 20 minutes of airing and they always fail with an incomplete status. I have Sonarr set to retry failed downloads however from what I can tell this simply clicks the “retry” button in SAB which uses the already snatched incomplete nzb file as opposed to grabbing the nzb file again. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Sonarr has delays (hour intervals) and will have minute interval delays so you can select a global do not download before this release is at least X minutes old. This should be in develop soon™. nzbget has a similar function built in.
In these cases the nzb is often complete, but the files aren’t on your provider yet (propagation delays), so retrying would work, but SAB doesn’t drop any files during and assumes if the file is partially complete its complete so it doesn’t always work. It is possible that the nzb is not complete, so a retry wouldn’t work no matter what.
Failed download handling will kick in and find another release, but it will reject things with the same name until Sonarr has support for comparing nzb content.
