I am not sure if I am right here but I noticed that an episode of Madam Secretary did not download in WEBDL-1080P because of the name of the episode. You can see from my attached screenshot.
Just thought I would point this out.
Normal behaviour. Sometimes the episode names have stuff in them that triggers the language detection regex. That blocks automatic downloads. Just press the manual download button, it will process normally.
