Under settings, media management and episode naming if you click show advanced settings it lets you choose and save your own custom naming scheme.
If however you decide to go back to the default naming template by clicking hide advanced settings and using the toggles “Include Series Title”, “Include Episode Title”, …etc to name your files it doesnt save your options correctly.
The three toggles “Include Series Title” and “Include Episode Title” and “Include Quality” are stuck on the no position and the file name examples at the bottom are stuck on S01E01.
