For two weeks, I noticed sonarr wasn’t downloading episodes. it always say episodes missing from disk.
when I click the refresh button on the show’s page, it says downloading, after a minute it again says episode missing from disk. event says following
Refresh/rescan has no relevance to searching or downloading anything
If sonarr is not automatically grabbing episodes then assuming you did not disable RSS and are ignoring the resulting healthcheck or sonarr was unable to page back far enough due to your indexers having over 1000 results on ever RSS feed (they’ll be a warning entry in Events) then your indexers did not have a release matching your criteria for that series newly uploaded.
Sonarr never goes out and searches on its own - this is explained in the first FAQ entry
