Episode is downloading - 100.00%

This happens quite often. I see a circle in the calendar saying the episode is downloading, but it’s at 100%. The incomplete and download folder are empty, and the episode has been properly processed. I have to go into activity and manually remove the episode from queue.

Any suggestions how to get this cleaned up?

It happens to me once because the download client and sonarr doesn’t use the same label.

If you mean categories I don’t use them. Everything goes into D:\Downloads

Check Activity: Queue to see why it wasn’t imported or debug logs.
