Episode Images - Metadata not downloading

The only metadata that I have enabled is for Kodi and I have all of it enabled for season images, episode images etc.
This has been working for many many months. Now I am unable to download episode images.
If I go to an existing show and delete all metadata nfo & jpg then I refresh that show in sonarr everything will be created except the Episode image. This also applies to newly downloaded shows, it will create the nfo file and that is it.
I have turned on Trace logging, but the only thing I can see related to the episode images is this:

I can see where it connects to download banners and posters.
I am having this same problem on two different systems.
Any one else having this problem?

To add: I also just completely wiped the sonarr install on the Ubuntu Server and set it back up from scratch and added a couple of existing shows with metadata deleted and it still would not load the episode images.

Try refreshing the series now, our cache wasn’t returning the episode thumbnails, but it is now.
