Description of issue:
I’m having a strange issue for the first time: an episode is detected as a “sample” even though the file is a 4.44GB 1080p mkv. I’m guessing mediainfo is somehow not able to read the duration of the video properly?
Likely. Check which version of libmediainfo you have installed and compare it to the latest available version, you’ll likely need to update.
I’m not sure how to tell what version I have, since I downloaded a precompiled version for ARM from someone on the forums. However, I did notice that mpv could also not decipher the file length (treats it as a stream). VLC can, however.
You may be able to ask them, otherwise, I’d assume it’s out of date and needs to be updated.
