Episdoes in Sonarr that aren't in TVDB?

I’m new to Sonarr so sorry if this is a dumb question. I’m using the wanted section to see what episodes I’m missing. There are two episodes showing up that I am missing that don’t seem to exist on TVDB or anywhere on the internet for that matter.
The episodes are s01e11 and s01e12 of “Childrens Hospital”.
I was under the impression that Sonarr got it’s data from TDVB so I’m confused why these episodes are showing up?

Depends which series you’re talking about:

Children’s Hospital: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/childrens-hospital/seasons/1 (which does have those episodes)

or

Childrens Hospital: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/childrens-hospital-1/seasons/1 (which doesn’t)

Have you added the correct series?

I think you’ve solved my problem! Now my only question is, how do I change it?

Never mind, finally worked it out myself. It fixed everything! Thank you for pointing out my dumb mistake!
