Hello there, I have an issue with episode downloading, every episode gets duplicated when the episode inside the Season folder is created, is there anyway of automatically removing the standalone episode from the Download folder?
I show an image in attachment, for example, Arrow has a standalone episode outside de Season folder, is it possible to automatically erase that one?

It looks like you point both sonarr and your download client to the same folder. You should keep them separate, and let only sonarr manage the series folder.
E.g.
C:\Downloads\ for your download folder
C:\Series\ where sonarr puts sorted/renamed files
I see, if I do that is there a way to configure the download client to erase the downloaded file after Sonarr has properly sorted / renamed the file?
I have an issue with space and having to do it all by hand is quite tedious.
Settings > Download Client > (enable advanced settings) > set Remove to Yes for Completed/Failed Download Handling.
