Drive Failure Help

I have googled and found 2 instance of drive failure posts on this forum however they don’t seem to provide the answer I need.

Essentially My TV setup has grown organically as time has gone on. I haven’t put too much thought in to the backup aspects and that’s my own wrong doing.

My setup was as such. Have G:\ for Ongoing TV and F:/ for TV Archived for Ended Series. Weirdly both of my drives have messed up in the last 2 weeks, G was my error (Messed up partition structure with Testdisk) and F was Seagate’s enclosure death (Seagate drive is still perfectly okay). Figured out I can salvage TV Archived (F) but looks like main TV drive is probably gone.

Using Sonarr, what would be the best way to replenish G? Am still awaiting the arrival of my new drive to move stuff around. I think I will format G if I can’t Recuva files, move some stuff about and create a storage pool with a another drive to create a bigger drive but with the G suffix. In the future both drives will operate as they are but will be backed up nightly to the large drive which will only be used as backup. Also thinking of getting a Backblaze account for further backup.

Any help/ideas greatly appreciated
