Download's Stuck at 0mbps in deluge when downloading from Sonarr, While I get 10mbps while downloading from deluge using the site of indexers

I get 0 mbps If I index from Pirate bay and few others
But I get 10mbps+ When I use Pirate bay itself and manually download, I get 10mbps+
