Downloads not going into Series or season folders

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5301
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 10
Debug logs:
Description of issue: I have set each series to use a series folder that is set in the path and I have also toggles it to use season folders. The episode downloads but does not go into the series folder at all, it creates a folder for each episode instead.

How can I get this resolved?

First don’t have your download client put files where sorted files will be (don’t mix sorted and unsorted files in the same folder).

Next you’ll want to find out why Sonarr isn’t importing the file, look at the debug logs as well as Activity: Queue
