Description of issue:

Sonarr consistently fails to communicate with Transmission when trying to perform the DownloadClientCheck. The connection test from Sonarr succeeds, and torrents are sent to Transmission just fine. Transmission continues to run fine when this issue occurrs, however Sonarr continually re-adds completed downloads because they can’t be checked / processed.

I’m not sure what you mean by this, but this issue is a bug with mono 4.4.0 and 4.4.1.

It seems that because Sonarr can’t check Transmission, Sonarr doesn’t know that it successfully passed the download to Transmission, and that Transmission downloaded it, so Sonarr passes the download to Transmission again.

I’ll see if I can find a way to downgrade Mono.

Downgrading mono to 4.2.2 resolved the issue.
