I am new to this, so your patience is appreciated. I searched and cold not find a similar issue to my issue.
Apparently there is a download stuck somewhere in NZBDrone. I looked under activity and it is blank. I purchased 100 daily downloads from OZNZB and they are being used up quickly.
I have looked all through NZBDrone and can’t find where the file is stuck. I then went to the OZNZB web site and found the particular episode that is trying to download, but I don’t know how to stop it.
“American Horror Story” S04E12 just keeps trying and trying to no avail.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I’m new to this and learning as I go.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Sonarr would only use one API call to search for it and possibly another for the download (the download might have another limit), it wouldn’t keep hitting the API for the same release.
Enable debug logs and check for it being logged there.
Sonarr will use 96 API calls for RSS sync every day at the default 15 minute interval, since you only have 100 which includes searches and RSS, you may want to back it off to 30 minutes.
Thanks for your reply. I was thinking about this situation because a few days ago I upgraded SAB and it blew up.
I re-installed SAB last evening and am wondering if Sonarr was trying to send the file to SAB which didn’t exist. Could that possibly be causing the issue?
Thanks again.
It would cause it to be sent once per RSS sync while it was still on the RSS feed, but it wouldn’t cause Sonarr to keep trying the same one over and over again for days (generally the RSS feed has items going back 8-12 hours depending on the day).
