Hi Guys

I have come across from sickbeard and finding this software great for downloading and tracking with the great calendar feature. My question is Quality settings.

Im not used to the way nzddrone does it, i currently just have my tv shows downloading as SDTV ( to save my internet plan from blowing out ) Im to understand that if you set SDTV and also have HDTV720, then have the cut off set to hdtv720 the nzbdrone could download both qualities, for a examples if the SDTV version came out early in the day it would grab it then if the higher quality came out later it would grab that as this is my cut off setting.

Is there a way ( like sickbeard ) that i can have both SDTV and HDTV720 settings ? but have no cut off ? so what ever one the system grab first it would stop looking after that.

I say this as my setting is SDTV and i’m noticing that some tv shows are only coming out in HDTV720p.

any setting recommendations would be great.

To answer your question specifically, you add SDTV and HDTV720p and set the cutoff at SDTV, since the cutoff is “The quality that when met or exceeded will not accept any higher quality releases”, since HDTV720p is considered higher quality than SDTV if either are grabbed it will stop.

Ok thanks. Does this mean tho that if i have both settings with a cut off at sdtv and it grabs a hdtv720p that the system will still download a SDTV version.
