Download not imported/rename

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.0.348
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): N/A
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1GHLCDw23sDAbF9BFkfdLv32oH0Yla0nC9AKWbpu37fI

Description of issue:
Sonarr is grabbing new episodes however the files are not being moved and renamed from the completed folder of SABnzbd. The logs are showing “Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr” while there is a mkv file in the folder. Additionally the downloaded file is named “c95fdb3a916f4fa9aa1e4f6574839af0”. Any help would be appreciated.

Please upload the log file instead of pasting into a google doc as the formatting is mangled.

Given the path exists, it’s a permissions problem. Probably due to the user Sonarr is running as, you’ll either need to give the service account access or change which user it runs as.

Try the link above. Sorry about that. GDrive formatted the txt doc into google docs.

Updated link with debug log. Example of show not working is Ridiculousness.

double check the service account credentials have not changed. some other windows users reported it shifting after a windows update

Where do I check the service account credentials?

start > services.msc (wait for that to show up as services then click on it)
find the sonarr service and double click on it
change to the log on tab

make sure any credentials in there are correct and that they have access to C:\Users\Dan\Downloads\complete

btw, are you not using a category in your download client?

The service credentials was the issue. Thanks for your help.

On the category question, I am not using one in my client. Any reason I should?

So Sonarr doesn’t have to parse through crap it shouldn’t, movies, apps, or whatever else. It’ll make things faster as more things are added to the client that Sonarr shouldn’t touch.
