Download Lower Quality when Higher exists?

I previously was using 1080 Profile but decided to go with 720p to save space. Is there a way to make NZBDrove download 720 when 1080 already exists?

Only thing I can think of is deleting all 1080p files…but I only want to download 720 where it exists and not a chance of losing files when 720 doesn’t exist.

Thanks in advance.

Probably best to create a custom Quality Profile and then reorder it so 720p is higher than 1080p and make the sure the cutoff is set to 720p. You’ll need advanced settings on to alter the order.

Ah, didn’t realize you could do that, I will give it a go.

I just realized though that 720 BluRay files are larger than whatever 1080 files I have…haha. I just need more HDD’s =D

Haha, never enough space!

Got that right! 3 TB drives are still near 70-100 bucks too I figured they would drop in price by now. I created a new profile but I don’t see how you can reorder the items…they won’t drag and drop. Is there a hotkey or something I am missing?

I feel stupid, the dragon indicator is there now…wasn’t before (or I am just tired…so NVM to my question)

Will let you know how it works out.

(It worked, thanks!)

For completeness and in case someone else finds this thread:
The drag-drop thingy will only be displayed if you enable advanced settings (slider to the left of the Save button).

Thanks! That’s exactly what happened. It wasn’t there then I had enabled the advanced…didn’t realize that’s what caused it. Good lookin out
