Description of issue:

After file moved, the folder remains with the Rar content in it. This is for both nzb and torrent. Is this the proper behavior? In using Blackhole for torrents.

I often see Sample or No files found are eligible for import in … as the reason why it is still there.

Sonarr does not unRAR content, your download client will need to do that (Usenet clients do, Torrent clients mostly don’t).

The content is unrared by my client and sonarr has moved the file already…but im guessing it wont remove the folder because the rar files are still in the folder.

Ahh yes, Sonarr won’t remove the RAR files to avoid a situation where it deletes the RAR files without importing anything. For Usenet you could have the download client clean them up after extracting +Delete in SAB or use a custom post processing script.
