Double download of episodes

Hi,

I have been searching and I have seen that this have been commented before I just wanted to show what I see since it is a little bit different from what I have seen before and I also would like to check on how this is going.

I noticed that I had near 30 Gb of files downloaded which weren’t renamed. I checked what was the cause of this and a lot of them were releases which weren’t of better quality than what had been dowloaded before. I just removed them thinking that it might be some issue I caused copying from an old disc or something but today I woke up with another two releases that weren’t renamed. Looking at the Sab queue I see the follwing:

As you can see two different shows have been downloaded and the second one with a worse quality than the first one, which I don’t understand. Of course the second release was not renamed since Sonarr already have a better release.

Do you know what might be happening? Maybe there is some misconfiguration or something?

I am using 2.0.0.3732 in case it helps.

what do you have in the profile settings ? cutoff is 720p ?

Like @great said, I guess your config looks for HDTV first and cutoff is 720p.
So it found HDTV first, download it and download 720p as soon as it’s available.

if you see the time when it downloaded it first downloaded the 720p and later it got the HDTV. If you see the first two it was with a diference of 10 minutes between them. If the case were that it first found the HDTV and then it found the 720p the time difference will be bigger, at least the 15 minutes I think it spends until the next rss search. In any case the two lines in the bottom are the same show, snatched at the same time with different qualities… which is weird.
Other thing is that the renamer never rename the HDTV because it already has the 720p downloaded, so the 720p goes first and the renamer skip the HDTV because there is already a better quality downloaded.
