Description of issue:
Hi! Sonarr is not searching for the original title Grey’s Anatomy. It searches only by alternative(Anatomia de Grey, Greys Anatomy Die jungen Aerzte, Greys Anatomy). If I add it to the indexer config, the search starts working:

If you look at the debug logs, you can see that requests are sent without an apostrophe^

How can I make sonarr search by the original name too?
