I’m using the latest version of the app and it doesn’t start in Sierra anymore.
Including the requested information would be helpful.
Also worth looking at the ((FAQ)) as there is an entry that covers start up issues on OS X.

The release date is near and there is no way i’m upgrading to sierra if my precious sonarr does not work.
you just have to reinstall the whole thing, got it to work
