I’ve found this consistent behavior that doesn’t seem graceful. If you put a dir containing a file in the drone factory where the name of the directory contains a name and SxxExx that can be matched to an existing series, and you put a vid file in that directory with a name that isn’t properly named and can’t be fully matched, the drone factory simply deletes both dir and file from the filesystem without a trace, or warning.
Which version of Sonarr?
There are a few checks in place to ensure this doesn’t happen, with debug logging enabled it should show more details, which we need to troubleshoot.
