Deleted files from drive- Sonarr thinks they're still there

Hey everyone

I recently deleted some TV Show files from my Hard Drive, and I want Sonarr to re-download these files using the new rules I provided it.

However it fails to redownload these files. In some cases (not all), Sonarr thinks the files are still there on my HDD

For example:
Sonarr = http://imgur.com/a/Tjvog
HDD = http://imgur.com/a/FuPNN

Sonarr thinks that Episodes 1, 3, 4, 6 and 9 are still on my drive- when they aren’t.

I’ve tried:

  • Update Library
  • Update series info and scan disk
  • Removed metadata files from HDD that might trick Sonarr into thinking the video files are there

In addition to this- Sonarr has noticed some episodes being deleted (from other TV Series), but refuses to redownload them automatically?

Any ideas?

Check the ((debug logs)) after a disk scan to see what Sonarr is processing.

How Sonarr finds episodes is explained in the ((FAQ)). Missing doesn’t mean Sonarr searches for them, but it will watch for them.
