Description of issue: I accidentally deleted my TV shows directory, i am using Sonarr
and Sabnzbd. My question , is there a way to use the backup file to restored the shows back
on my server?

The actual files for every show? No, Sonarr’s backup only contains the information for the series/files/settings, etc.
You could use it to re-create the series folders, just make sure the root folder exists (and has at least one folder inside it) then tell Sonarr to rescan all the series (with Create Empty Series folders enabled).
