((Debug logs)):

Description of issue:

Ok so failed download handling suddenly stopped working for me today

when i first created this thread there were a number of items in the sonarr queue that were failed but sonarr didn’t said it did not grab them. Now that i’ve come home and my nzbget queue is empty those episodes aren’t showing up in sonarr anymore, though there are a number of failed downloads still in nzbget (i think those are supposed to be removed right?)

was delete: health status but i don’t see that in the ui anymore

running all apps on an unraid box inside docker
docker images (in case that helps)

i’ve looked in a ton of other threads, so if the answer is there for how to fix this I’m really sorry about that but I couldn’t see anything that lead to an actual fix.

Also as of yesterday failed downloads were working perfectly. Items were marked as failed in the sonarr history and removed from nzbget history completely

Please post the information requested when you opened this thread. We’ll also need a couple minutes of ((trace logs)).

@markus101 sorry, added the proper info.

EDIT: sonarr just autodownloaded a different episode and fail download handling seemed to work on that one. not sure if it’s how nzbget is marking certain files, maybe based on how they fail? Let me know if there’s anything else I could provide to help debug this issue. Thanks again

According to NZBGet the release that failed didn’t come from Sonarr, it looks like it came from SR. There isn’t a ID from Sonarr assigned to it and the DupeKey is from SR.

Hm, that may be it, I had thought sickrage was disabled but it looks like it was still running. Thanks a lot, sorry to waste your time on this.
