Database or disk is full or disk I/O error daily

Version 3.0.1.351
Mono JIT compiler version 5.18.0.240
Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS

Since updating to V3 I receive an error daily that says either database or disk is full or sometimes says disk I/O error and I need to restart the machine before it will work again. This is happening daily.

I scanned through the debug logs but didnt see anything regarding this error but I can post them if helpful.
