Creating new tags in Sonarr v3

How do you add a tag and choose whether it excludes or includes what you want the tag to be?

EG I might want to exclude “xpost” and include “webrip” in specific series

Can’t see how to add new tags and what they do in Sonarr v3 like I could in the previous version.

Setting - Release Profiles - giant plus sign to create a new one.
Fill in must contain or must not contain with the words you want. Fill in a tag. Edit the series you want to link to this profile and add the same tag.
