CPU spikes every minute after updating to Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.3212

EDIT: this turns out to be a recent problem with FreeNAS

FreeBSD 9.3-stable
Mono 4.0.1
Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.3212

Previous to updating to this version of Sonarr, I would not get the blue spikes at all.

Anyone experiencing a similar issue? What is likely to be causing this?

Enable Trace Logging and check whats running at those times, there are a couple jobs that run every minute, but they always have.

Nevermind, I have identified this to be an issue with FreeNAS, sorry for even posting the thread.
