I am having this same issue on my Macbook Pro.
My library is fairly large… how do I find any 0 length files?
perform a finder search on the root of your media library and sort by size, search for something like * -kind:folders or maybe *.* -kind:folders (if that’s even how you search recursively through all sub-folders) I’m not a mac person so your mileage may vary.
