Did your anti-virus remove that file?
Or possibly a failed update (check the update logs)?

Grabbing the latest release of the v3 beta from sonarr.tv is probably your best bet to solve it ASAP.

File was there but probably the wrong version. Took backup and uninstalled completely, then reinstalled. Restored backup configs and db files and its back running again. After reinstall i had to change the service properties to use local account for it to detect some folder paths.
